Kiirtan, meditation and refreshments
Come along every Sunday and enjoy the bliss of collective kiirtan and meditation.
Kiirtan is an extremely enjoyable practice that involves the collective singing of mantra, it prepares the body and mind for meditation. Meditation is the scientific practice to experience the bliss within all of us. Doing these practices collectively really creates a special energy and helps to go deeper into the experience, and is a great chance to enjoy the company of like minded people. This session is open to everyone, including complete beginners. We will introduce you to the practices we do, which are simple and accessible.
After meditation we will have time for some refreshments and a nice chat. We look forward to seeing you there!
